Our swimming pool is open year round and heated during the winter months. There are designated lap swim hours daily.
Easy Beach Access
As a gulf front complex, all of our condos have easy access to the Beach.
Tennis/Pickleball Courts
Our newly expanded and resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts opened on April 2, 2024. Paddles and racquets are available in the clubhouse. A pickup play group happens in the winter months.
Our Grilling Area
Our grilling area is a popular spot in the early evening as folks gather around the grills and socialize. In 2023, two new grill areas were added. They are located in the parking area between Buildings 1-2 and Buildings 4-5.

Our Seating Nook
A popular spot to read or for morning yoga stretches is our seating nook down by the beach. In response to popular demand, this area was expanded in 2023.
Assigned Parking & Guest Parking
Each condo has its own assigned parking space and designated spaces are available for guests.
Our Prime Location
Loggerhead Cay's East End location is ideal. We are an easy beach walk to the Lighthouse and within walking and biking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The causeway is just around the corner making it easy to access the island during peak season.
