We are a condo complex in Sanibel, FL right on the Gulf of Mexico with 168 units, 2 bedroom/2 bath individually owned. Our complex has a pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffle board, corn hole and more. There are numerous grills on premise. Bike and paddle board racks, shell washing stations and much more! This complex has everything you need for an amazing vacation in Sanibel, FL. It is located on the East End near shops, restaurants and the famous Lighthouse Beach.

Our Amenities

Our condos are spacious (1,235 sq. ft.) and well appointed. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is equipped with washer/dryer.

Our Community

Loggerhead Cay is a community of 168 owner families. Many families are original owners or have been coming to Loggerhead for decades. Others may be new to our community. Some owners are full-time residents, some are snowbirds who travel south for the winter and others visit during holidays. Renters make up an important part of our community. Many renters have been returning for decades and visit for extended stays. Some may be new to Sanibel and are here to discover the magic this barrier island offers.
